The owner and moderator need to cease antagonizing members, like banning from chat people who speak other than English, spying on members' private messages and reading them in open chat. That's not the way to run a business. If the owner were a member he would justly be banned for this behavior. He violates his own rules routinely, and makes up new non-existent rules just to fuck with people.
